Squad Training
The Novocastrian Swim Club does not provide squad swimming. Coughlans Swim Centre provides all squad training and they are a separate organisation who provide a range of aquatic programs at the Coughlans Swim Centre in Warners Bay.
Membership of the Novocastrian Swim Club does not mean automatic entry in to the Coughlans swim programs. Please contact Coughlans Swim Centre directly for more information.
Our Head Coach is Paul Sharman.
Paul has a proven record of success at all levels of competition. His accolades include being named NSW State Age Coach of the Year, Australian Paralympic Program Coach of the Year, and holding numerous coaching positions with State and Australian teams. Paul’s wealth of experience and enthusiasm is invaluable as he works to guide the next generation of Coughlan’s swimmers to their full potential.
We are privileged to have Paul on board to strengthen and expand our squads, mentor our coaches, and infuse our centre with his warmth and positivity.
